I'm taking the Women in Film pledge to watch 52 Films By Women this year. I had the opportunity to see. I saw Wonder Woman on opening night with Women in Film Portland as part of the #WonderWknd. I absolutely loved the movie. I'm so proud of Patty Jenkins. The "No Man's Land" sequence is really stunning. (And she had to fight the studio to keep it in!?!) The themes it touches on - the true nature of a hero, who "deserves" to be saved and the cost of war - are all explored really well.

I'm taking the Women in Film pledge to watch 52 Films By Women this year. I had the opportunity to see The S Word during Oregon Doc Camp earlier this month.
